• carrots (Rainbow)

• cilantro (Cruiser)

• cucumber (Sashimi or Socrates)

• head lettuce (Coastal Star)

• salad mix (premium mix) with edible flower (Coco Gold Marigold)

Some ideas and tips:

• For carrot tops, you could make pesto.

• Cilantro can stay fresh if you put stems in water (Do remember to change water regularly). You can start by placing your cilantro in a cool part of the kitchen and transfer in a couple of days in refrigerator with stems in water.

• Salad mix can stay fresh if you keep air bubble in bag.
