Roselle Hibiscus Ginger Orange Elixir
Just simmer below ingredients over medium heat ~20 minutes until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
1 lb fresh Roselle Hibiscus
1 inch (about 1 thumb) peeled & minced / grated ginger
1 orange (fresh squeezed juice & a couple peels)
1 cup water or orange juice
1 cup sugar (or can substitute with dates or naturally sweet pineapple)
1 cinnamon stick (or can substitute with cinnamon powder, allspice or star anise)
